Creator Dashboard Subscriber Health and Payout Queues
How to read the creator dashboard’s subscriber-health cards, recent subscriber rows, pending payout surfaces, failed transfer surfaces, and account-status actions.
Where you see this in the app
This page deepens the creator dashboard at Settings -> Creator.
The most state-heavy areas are:
| Dashboard area | What it helps you monitor |
|---|---|
Subscriber health (30 days) | New subscribers, churn, and recurring momentum |
Recent subscribers | The latest subscription buyers and their renewal timing |
Pending payouts | Money still pending in Stripe or not yet fully completed |
| co-seller payout surfaces | Revenue-share transfers waiting, failing, or requiring attention |
Account status | Subscription tier, Stripe readiness, priced-post count, and upcoming posts |
Subscriber health and monthly trend
The subscriber-health section is not just a vanity chart. It is the creator-side warning system for recurring revenue quality.
| Card or label | What to infer |
|---|---|
New subscribers | How many subscription relationships started recently |
Churned subscribers | How many subscriptions were canceled recently |
Churn rate | The recent cancellation pressure relative to active relationships |
Recurring revenue last 30 days | Subscription invoice volume over the last month |
Monthly trend | Whether the subscription base is expanding or shrinking over time |
If new subscribers is healthy but churn is also high, the app is telling you growth exists but retention needs work.
Recent subscribers and renewal state
The Recent subscribers rows are the creator-side counterpart to the buyer subscription page.
| Row detail | Meaning |
|---|---|
| buyer name and email | Who currently holds the subscription |
| post title | Which offer the subscription belongs to |
| status | The current subscription state |
Renews ... | The next renewal date when known |
Pending activation | The subscription exists but is not fully reflected as an active renewal cycle yet |
This section is useful when a creator wants to answer, "Who recently subscribed, to what, and when do they renew?"
Pending payouts and co-seller failures
The payout-related cards separate money that is merely pending from transfers that actually failed.
| Surface | How to read it |
|---|---|
Pending payouts | Funds not yet fully available or completed for payout |
| pending co-seller items | Revenue-share amounts that still need to finish transferring |
| failed co-seller items | Revenue-share transfers that attempted and hit an error |
Pending should usually be read as "wait or monitor." Failed should be read as "investigate and retry after the underlying issue is fixed."
Account status and next actions
The Account status block is the short operational checklist for a creator.
| Detail row | What it answers |
|---|---|
Subscription tier | Am I on the plan needed for monetization features? |
Stripe Connect | Can I currently charge and pay out correctly? |
Priced posts | How much of my inventory is monetized? |
Upcoming posts | How many tentative posts are still ahead? |
The action buttons below it are the intended next-step controls:
Manage subscriptionfor plan state,Manage payoutsfor payout readiness,- Stripe dashboard access when Stripe is already connected.
